Burnside- The Southeast Valley 8th grade boys lost 55-21 to Woodward-Granger. The Jags trailed 14-2 after the first quarter. Going into halftime the score was 32-6 in favor of the visitors. We talked about having fun and not paying attention to the scoreboard. We wanted to improve as a team on both sides of the floor. Our goal was to rebound better and get good shots going to the basket. After three quarters of action the Jags trail 40-11. The Jags kept playing and lost 55-21 to the visiting Hawks. Scoring for the Jaguars: Tucker Ollinger (11), Ethan Martin (4), Colton Bachel (2), and August Akins (4). Also contributing for the Jaguars: Mason Newell, Colden Mapel, Jake Wicklein, Carter Llyod, Brock Norine, and Asher Loeffler. The Jags are back in action on December 17th vs SCC in Rockwell City.
