The SV 7th grade Jaguars notched a 65-13 victory over the Newell Fonda Mustangs on Monday, December 2nd to move to 3-0 on the season. The Jaguars jumped out to a 19-0 1st quarter lead and never looked back. Coach Steinhoff highlighted the ability to attack the press and score when there was a numbers advantage. At half, the Jaguars led 37-6. The second half mirrored the first half with the Jaguars handling the pressure of the Mustangs and capitalizing on scoring opportunities. The Jaguars had four players in double figures with Wyatt Muench (18), Reece Carlson (11), Tristan Hanson (10), and Griffin Vote (10). Chipping in also were Bennett Nolte (8), Nick Vogel (2), Turner Ahlers (2), Grant Ott (2) and Bentley Jondle (2). Brock Peterson, Corbin Eslick, Jace Skoglund, Jaxson Johnson, and Nolan Albright all contributed as well to the contest.
