The journey to Ruthven brought the Jags to their ninth conference game of the year and ended in an 8-2 win to push them above .500 in conference. Casey Hanson lead the bats going 3-3 all singles but drove in two runners and scored twice himself. Hane Sorenson would drive in Casey In the sixth inning on his lone hit of the day. Hane would also go the distance on the mound throwing up to his max pitches but got the final out on a strikeout to end the game. Hane gave up six scattered hits over his seven innings while giving up three walks with two hit batters but it was enough in the end as he allowed his defense to help out. Ryan Stewart played really well at third making every play that came his way. Ryan would account for eight outs in the game with his play at third base. Hane finished his day on the mound with eight strikeouts as well. The offense took advantage of some walks and passed balls but Brady Hanson and Logan Jaeschke would finish the hits on night with a hit a piece. A long journey but worth the trip as the Jags came home with the win.
