Jun 12, 2023 the Jags headed south to Ogden to take on the Bulldogs. The Jags fought hard but came out on bottom losing the first game 2-11 and the second game 3-16. 

Jun 14, 2023 the Jags were at home defending their home field taking on the Indians of Pocahontas Area. The Jags lost 9-12 and 10-7. Although we lost both, the girls are showing a lot of improvement while making big plays when needed. 

Jun 15, 2023 we ended our second week of Jr. High Softball against the Mustangs of Newell-Fonda. While showing a lot of improvement from the last time we played them, we still fell short but continued to play through tough innings and tough plays. The 7th grade lost 0-15 and the 8th grade lost 3-9. 

We started this week, Jun 19, 2023 heading North to Manson Northwest-Webster to take on the Cougars. In the first game, Jags fell short losing 9-11 but showing a great fight in the last two innings. The 8th graders came out hot defeating the Cougars 14-3. It was a great confidence boost for the girls and for the week ahead.

Taking on the Rams of Greene County on Wednesday June 21, 2023 the girls were so close to leaving the day with two wins. In the first game, we lost 6-7. The second game, we came out strong, stringing 10 runs in the first two innings, which then led to a 15-5 victory, with a special pitching debut from Kalli Thompson who recorded her first ever strike out. 

The Jags finished the third week of the season heading to Lytton to take on the Titans of South Central Calhoun. 7th grade lost 11-7 and 8th grade ended their week with a 8-3 win. 

The Jags have 4 games left of the season.
