On Monday, October 7th, the Junior High Jaguars faced off against the East Sac County Raiders.  The 7th grade got the evening started with 4 straight hard matches against a good Raiders team. Eventually however the Jags were not able to prevail and dropped all 4 matches. In the nightcap, the 8th grade team defeated the Raiders 4 games to 2. The Jags got started early and sent a message to the Raiders that they were here to play. The Raiders responded in game two. Then the Jags went on to win the next two out of three matches to secure the W for the night.  Good job to both Jag teams. The Jags are next in action when they travel to Manson on Thursday, October 10th, for a 2nd round match against the Cougars. Gametime will be at 4:15. Good luck Jags! -Tim McCloud
