The girls track team competed at home in the Richard Ryan Relays. The girls compete in the big class where there were some big schools and very good competition.

The 3000 runners had some sucess with Ruby Stimpson placing 1st and Katie Field placing 2nd. This was great for both of the girls as they have put hours and hours of time running and this was great to see how their hard work has paid off. Ruby also placed 2nd in the 1500 and Katie placed 4th.

Camryn Lane placed 2nd in the open 400 as she is trying to set a new school record. She is .50 away. As long as she keeps working hard she will break this record before the end of the season. Camryn also placed 2nd in the open 200.

Leah Mills had personal best in the shot and disc and both are in the top 10 all time for Southeast Valley. That is great as a 9th grader.

Mae Sercy and Sage Lane continue to score points in the 100 Hurdles and Sage also continues to have succes in the 400 Hurdles.

All the girls are working hard and continue to improve on their times.
